Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery orders meet customer's RDD (Requested Delivery Date).
• Monitor and ensure Goods Issue (GI) from LSP warehouse is carried out on the date of delivery.
• Review daily trip plan and request revise it if need
• Ensure LSP manages specific logistics requirements of each customer.
• Ensure IOD closing by LSP is in line with the deadline agreed upon.
• Check and ensure all PODs submitted by LSP, are endorsed by receiver.
• Engage Sales team for request of delivery forecast, and share the information with LSP for preparation of resources.
• Liaise with LSP and Sales on all matters related to home delivery and installations even it is during weekend
• Ensure all outbound KPIs are met.
• Coordinate overall LD operation with SOD and Sales team.
• Check Manual DO's PUMI before arrange delivery
