What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer questions and respond to requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Review and research claim information, make follow-up calls to resolve issues, and process claim checks
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards consistently
- Accurately enter information into proprietary systems
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients to meet service level agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
- Preferably 1 year of experience in insurance, banking, finance, or mortgage servicing
- Previous data entry experience
- Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency with MS Office
