      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct on-site investigations of claims and accidents, including gathering details from insureds, law enforcement, and witnesses
      - Provide documentation, photos, diagrams, and video as necessary to support investigations
      - Prepare detailed reports to assist Crawford Licensed Adjusters in handling claims
      - Deliver prompt customer service to clients, insured, claimants, and escalate incidents when necessary
      - Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining the integrity of insurance products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Must complete and pass Crawford specified training for placement on assignments
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task
      - Physical ability to crouch, reach, and lift heavy objects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a Casualty Claims Adjuster or in law enforcement/public service is a plus
      - Ability to operate a camera and utilize office technology effectively
