What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Track over rings and follow up with restaurant personnel
- Maintain detailed reports for over rings, petty cash, credit card chargebacks, and bun inventory
- Assist with other finance office tasks as needed
- Send daily bun inventory report to restaurant leaders, district leaders, regional directors, and president
- Report any violations from DTiQ Audits to Loss Prevention Lead
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful and independent problem-solving skills
- Acute attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
