What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assume primary accountability for assigned clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Manage project scope, budget, and timelines while identifying success factors for analysis and reporting
- Lead the development of study-specific protocols, consent forms, and other trial-related documents
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring proactive communication of project updates
- Coordinate with clinical, marketing, and operations management to identify project goals and ensure regulatory integrity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in life science or healthcare
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical project management within a medical organization, pharmaceutical company, or CRO
- Experience specifically in CNS project management
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and write/edit clinical protocols and reports
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with CROs is highly preferred
- Familiarity with the FDA submission process
- Previous experience in leading project operational teams through various phases of clinical studies
