      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify individual member needs and document interventions based on relationships and assessments
      - Provide support to members through various settings and assist with support groups as needed
      - Contribute to case management meetings to ensure a team-oriented approach for each member
      - Complete documentation for member contacts, cancellations, and care plans in accordance with organizational policies
      - Communicate professionally with members, families, physicians, and community agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist or Peer Support Specialist with successful participation in a recovery program
      - Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to maintain excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours
      - Experience in communicating concerns or recommendations through a chain of command
      - Willingness to travel locally within Louisiana, with daytime travel estimated at 25% - 50%

      - Previous experience in a behavioral health or substance use disorder setting
      - Familiarity with case management processes and documentation requirements
