      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales of MasterBrand cabinet lines within Lowe's home improvement stores
      - Capture market share by promoting the value of MasterBrand products to in-store designers
      - Provide product knowledge and sales training to new and existing store designers
      - Mentor Lowe's designers to enhance their selling skills and technical expertise
      - Address and resolve escalated customer concerns to ensure satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships
      - Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and flexibility for occasional overnight stays
      - Physical capability to lift and handle up to 40 lbs. as part of in-store setup and support
