      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales of MasterBrand cabinet products within Lowe's stores in the assigned territory
      - Capture market share by promoting the value of MasterBrand products to in-store designers
      - Provide product knowledge and sales training to new and existing designers
      - Mentor Lowe's designers to enhance their selling skills and technical expertise
      - Conduct regular sales visits to stores and address escalated customer concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships
      - Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities
      - Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and flexibility for overnight stays
      - Physical capability to lift and handle up to 40 lbs. for in-store setup
      - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
