What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage CRM and Loyalty email and mobile marketing production schedules to ensure timely execution and secure necessary approvals
- Collaborate with brand teams and agencies to identify assets for promotional campaigns
- Monitor program engagement KPIs for metrics such as Open Rate and Conversion
- Support the Loyalty Manager in daily tasks to enhance the program and member experience
- Project manage marketing materials for the Loyalty program, including in-store updates and training refreshes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in restaurant, retail, or consumer packaged goods
- Proven success in managing CRM and implementing personalization in email
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience executing CRM strategies within Salesforce platforms
- Familiarity with performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Experience developing and deploying emails in an Email Service Provider (ESP)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Courteous and positive personality
