      Summary

      Job Title: Loyalty & Retention Support, Sales Center of Excellence (COE)
      Job Status: Regular – Full Time

      Support our Medium Sales teams with all non-sales related activities, ultimately promote wireless growth, reduce wireless churn & provide a professional sales service.
      Hours of operation: A period between 8AM & 8PM EAST Monday to Friday
      Profile Mobile with Office days: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday (May change at any moment)
      Support Channel: WebEx chat, WebEx Conferencing, Direct calling & Outlook

      Role and Responsibilities

      Support Renewals, Acquisitions, Amendments & all Mobility inquiries for wireless Medium segment.

      • Perform in-depth analysis (strong Excel, PowerPoint skills a must)
      • Manage Salesforce opportunities & deals (Salesforce knowledge is a +)
      • Create the wireless offer deals & provide ongoing support throughout the Sales cycle
      • Create offer deal Proposals presentations
      • Support Medium Wireless segment via Webex for all Wireless inquiries

      Handle conversation with customer during the presentation a renewal for potential deal
      Work on adhoc projects/tasks related to Medium Wireless
      Adopt a team spirit work culture, going above and beyond for our Medium Sales teams.

      Job Description

      Under the supervision of the Medium Sales support team leader, the retained candidate will be responsible for supplying professional and personalized services to our clientele (Sales teams).

      The objective being to support our Medium Sales teams with all non-sales related activities, ultimately promote wireless growth, reduce wireless churn & provide a professional sales service.

      Essential Qualifications and Skills

      • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
      • Immense capacity to close a deal and conclude the transactions and sale
      • Good sales abilities
      • Time management skills
      • Proven skills in sound decision making and problem solving
      • Ability to work well under pressure
      • Excellent comprehension of corporate account hierarchy and NAG level parameters in Ensemble (CSM)
      • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
      • Knowledge of Sales force tool
      • Self sufficient
      • Responsible
      • Renown as a good team player
      • Initiative and resourcefulness

      Preferred skills

      • Good knowledge of the corporate internal procedures
      • Experience working in other Bell Mobility group
