- Working closely with the Loyalty Managers and our Loyalty Analytics team to do data analysis and provide fact based actionable insights into our CRM Communications (all direct marketing efforts including e-mail, sms, push notifications)
- Devise and implement Customer Science and Automation work such as Customer Segmentations, Personalization, Churn Prevention, Fraud Detection, Customer Lifetime Value into the Loyalty Analytics ecosystem.
- Independently carry out ad-hoc analytical support to business stakeholders to achieve key business objectives using test and control analytics, dashboard analytics, benchmarking, statistical concepts and financial measures to guide decision making.
- Facilitate best practice sharing and contribute to automation and improvement of existing processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience with BI and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, Azure, Databricks, Jupyter Notebooks or similar)
- Some experience with query processing languages (SQL, PySpark)
- Experience with statistical analysis languages is an advantage (e.g. R, Python)

The analyst reports to the Manager of Loyalty Analytics. As a member of the Global Data & Analytics Team spanning across US, Europe and India, the Loyalty Analyst is an everyday partner of the North American Loyalty team in Charlotte, NC.In this role you’ll be responsible for doing data analysis and delivering insights into one of the top priority programs globally and will have an opportunity to influence how this program develops. This is a position where you’ll have a unique opportunity to get to know our business through our data as well as grow and learn professionally. You will work with cleaned, structured, transactional data, but you will also be expected to reach beyond what we already have available in order to find insightful answers to complex business questions. The position is deeply rooted in data, but requires a commercial mindset and a curious attitude.
We are looking for an individual who is a proven problem solver with exceptional critical thinking ability. The candidate should have a high sense of curiosity and be comfortable with trying to solve difficult problems. Additionally, the candidate should possess the abilities to collaborate with others simply and effectively communicate complex concepts with a non-technical audience.
