What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and analyze incoming referral and order calls, ensuring effective communication of patient and referral information
- Obtain demographic and clinical information from clients, physician’s offices, and other referral sources
- Verify new referring physician licenses for referrals processed in the department
- Research coverage or pay sources for each referral and verify insurance policies
- Educate prospective patients, families, physicians, and hospitals on available home health services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active LPN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in office procedures
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in insurance or medical settings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in home health care or related medical services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with medical billing and coding practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and marketing staff
