What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records
- Contact physician offices for refill authorization and verify orders with clients
- Process new and refill prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Document correspondence and follow up in the system; prepare audit sheets and provide feedback to management
- Provide high standards of customer service by answering incoming calls promptly

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
- Long-term care pharmacy experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate
- Experience with Frameworks and Docutrack preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum one year of pharmacy data entry experience
- Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
