What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide personalized recommendations for customers via chat using beauty expertise
- Communicate with multiple customers simultaneously in a friendly and informative manner
- Assist customers in selecting tailored skincare and makeup regimens
- Address customer inquiries and product-related questions promptly and accurately
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant beauty experience in retail sales counter or chat selling
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong luxury beauty knowledge base
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Flexibility with schedule, including weekends/evenings and occasional holidays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AA or Bachelor’s degree within the industry
- Bi-lingual a plus
