What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate and promote the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program offerings and benefits
- Support independent sales associates with marketing needs through training and strategic support
- Serve as a liaison to local management, providing marketing resources and support
- Manage creative projects in collaboration with national teams to meet luxury marketing needs
- Coordinate promotional assets for events and enhance awareness of the program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred)
- Strong presentation, writing, and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of graphic design software
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaign development
- Ability to travel to local branch offices and company-related events as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior real estate industry experience
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working in a multi-functional and multi-location environment
