What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program offerings and promote luxury certification designations
- Support independent sales associates through marketing assistance, training, and effective communication
- Serve as a liaison to local management teams, providing necessary marketing resources and support
- Manage creative projects in collaboration with national teams to fulfill luxury marketing needs
- Coordinate promotional assets for events and maintain awareness of marketing tools and resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred)
- Strong presentation, writing, and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of graphic design software (InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaign development
- Ability to travel to local branch offices, regional meetings, and other company-related events as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior real estate industry experience
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working in a multi-functional and multi-location environment
