      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program and its benefits to agents and clients
      - Collaborate with the Luxury Marketing Manager to support independent sales associates’ marketing needs
      - Serve as a liaison with local management teams, providing marketing resources and support
      - Manage creative projects by consulting with national teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
      - Coordinate promotional events and enhance awareness of the program among agents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications
      - Strong presentation, writing, and public speaking skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of graphic design software
      - Basic knowledge of paid social media campaign development
      - Ability to travel to local branch offices and company-related events as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
      - Prior experience in the real estate industry
      - Strong project management skills
      - Experience in a multi-functional and multi-location environment
