What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate and promote the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program offerings to enhance brand awareness
- Provide support to independent sales associates, including training and marketing assistance
- Serve as a liaison between the local management team and the Luxury Marketing Manager
- Manage creative projects by collaborating with national marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding
- Coordinate promotional assets for events and maintain awareness of marketing tools and resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications, preferably in field marketing
- Strong presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of graphic design software
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaign development
- Ability to travel to local branch offices and company-related events as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in the real estate industry
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in a multi-functional and multi-location environment
