What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and evaluate Utilization Management (UM) and inpatient care management decision-making and processes
- Ensure adherence to established standards, review criteria, and regulatory standards
- Maintain effective communication with operational leaders
- Evaluate internal audit results and identify areas for improvement
- Follow up on audit results until performance improves

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program
- Current LVN license in California
- 1+ years of recent clinical experience working as an LVN/LPN or in a quality function or related operational function

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of clinical experience working as an LVN/LPN
- 2+ years of care management, utilization review, or discharge planning experience
- Experience in an HMO or Managed Care setting
