What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Vocational Nurse, licensed per state requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical intake experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Home Health and Hospice experience
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is needed
- Experience with Forcura is needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with insurance verification and eligibility
