What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain accurate scheduling for clients and staff across multiple disciplines
- Coordinate staffing needs and communicate day-to-day changes with care providers and clients
- Generate and interpret reports related to visit utilization and employee productivity
- Ensure patient safety and discern required client services as outlined in agreements and care plans
- Provide staffing solutions for sick leave, vacation, and long-term leave

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate (college preferred)
- Licensed Vocational Nurse, per state requirements
- Prior scheduling experience, preferably across multiple disciplines
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, MS Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and ability to interpret reports

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using HomeCare HomeBase
- Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external
- Proven ability to be organized and efficient while multitasking
