      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent Real Estate in corporate M&A transactions and coordinate program management efforts
      - Participate in due diligence processes, ensuring evaluation of financial, legal, and operational aspects of potential deals
      - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making
      - Assist in post-merger integration to achieve strategic and financial goals of acquisitions
      - Support leadership in tracking and coordinating strategic initiatives across the Real Estate organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in corporate real estate or a large complex organization
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with all organizational levels
      - Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to process large amounts of data
      - Effective multitasking and time management skills
      - Experience in program and project management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with mergers and acquisitions
      - Project management certification
      - Knowledge of corporate real estate processes and life cycle
      - Familiarity with statistical and database software, including Smartsheet
      - Consulting and program management skills
