      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support all aspects of M&A projects under the direction of the Senior Manager
      - Collaborate with tax department members on M&A needs, risks, and opportunities
      - Conduct tax due diligence for proposed transactions and communicate findings effectively
      - Perform tax modeling related to M&A activities and review tax language in transaction documents
      - Partner with various groups for preparation of tax risks and valuations related to Corporate Development projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of Corporate Tax experience, including M&A tax experience (or 3+ years with an Advanced Degree)
      - Knowledge of U.S. federal tax rules, including Subchapter C and Subchapter K
      - Experience in performing federal, state, and international tax due diligence on M&A projects
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and adapt to changing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification, such as CPA or Masters of Tax
      - Experience in structuring taxable and non-taxable acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
      - Strong quantitative and analytical modeling skills
      - General understanding of ASC 740 and ASC 805 regarding accounting for income taxes and business combinations
      - Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change
