      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop strong communication networks and build relationships with distributors, engineers, and municipalities
      - Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential distributor volumes
      - Explore new business opportunities and prospects
      - Troubleshoot product issues in the field and by phone while providing superior customer service
      - Prepare price quotations or bids based on market conditions and product knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Five years of industrial sales experience required, preferably in the waterworks industry
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record that can be insured
      - Must be self-motivated with strong negotiation and customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of the employer's Sales Trainee program
      - Experience in mechanical products and the ability to relate product details to customers
      - Familiarity with various industry software including inventory and order processing systems
