      Job summary

      The Digital Workplace brings together NICE people, process, data and technology to design and embed effective ways of working, across every tangible aspect of the working environment that supports our users and how they work.

      The key objectives for theM365 Solutions Specialist role are to:

      • create and develop a digital working environment that breaks down organisational working silos.
      • enable and facilitate collaboration internally and externally.
      • improve productivity and efficiency for NICE business processes and embedding effective data controls and management.

      Main duties of the job

      • Focusing on Information Protection in M365, designing solutions for data loss prevention (DLP), management of sensitive information, information governance and records management and retention.
      • Working closely with the Information Governance and Records Management team to develop solutions which automate their processes to benefit users NICE-wide by reducing the burden of manual overhead.
      • Lead the business solutions design and build of M365 solutions using the PowerPlatform to serve a variety of user needs and NICE services, taking responsibility for the quality of the solution.

Our digital teams adopt a user centric agile methodology and work in multi-disciplinary teams (MDT's) with analytics and insight to develop and maintain NICE's complex suite of digital and technology services.       • Experience of applying organisation corporate written record management policies and retention and disposal schedules to security and technical solutions design within M365 (eg retention policies, retention label policies, records management and disposition in M365)
      • Experience of collaborating with a wider project team including testers and Business Analysts to identify and deliver the right solutions

      Skills/Knowledge
