      Job purpose

      The MAC (Master of Arts in Counseling) Engagement and Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for promotion of the online MAC degree program through (1) audience engagement, (2) content and copy creation, (3) strategic partnerships, and (4) participation in conferences and events. We are seeking a creative, self-driven, and experienced candidate who is passionate about and well-versed in CCEF’s biblical counseling ministry and philosophy.

      Duties and responsibilities

      1. (30%) Drive the growth of the MAC program by implementing initiatives aimed at increasing student enrollment, retention, and overall participation.

      • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Online Learning and the Marketing, Admissions, and Core Advisory teams for creative marketing campaigns alongside student and alumni engagement efforts.
      • Represent and promote the MAC at strategically selected conferences and biblical counseling-focused events.
      • Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships.

      2. (30%) Create compelling MAC copy and content that effectively engages and resonates with the CCEF audience across both promotional and engagement efforts.


      3. (30%) Drive robust online community engagement for the MAC using digital platforms and local events to foster interaction, support, and collaboration among a global community of students, faculty, and alumni.


      4. (5%) Report progress and updates to leadership.


      5. (5%) Complete additional tasks or projects as assigned by Senior and Associate Directors of Online Learning and Marketing.
