What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead software and data engineering teams to design and deliver data platform features for internal users
- Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with enterprise patterns
- Relentlessly push to understand user and stakeholder needs for prioritization and trade-off discussions
- Create a vision and roadmap for products that address stakeholder needs
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess project evolution and success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in digital product management
- At least 3 years of experience working with SQL
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in handling large data files using SQL, Python, and/or R
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- 2+ years of experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize user journeys
- Understanding of technical aspects of web and mobile platforms, including APIs and SDKs
