To reinforce our Production & manufacturing team we are looking for a Machine Operator 1st shift.

Ontex is a new state of the art facility located off HWY 65, in Stokesdale, NC is hiring 1st shift Machine Operators.

Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.

We will be moving to 12 hours shifts in December on a 2-2-3: schedule (3 days one week, 4 days the next week). More time off during the month!

Your Role:

• Operate efficiently the production lines to guarantee the quality of the product and to reach the KPI targets.
• Responsible for performing various tasks to setup, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• Responsible for production line and to coordinate the team assigned to the line.
• Responsible of the quality of the product.
• Drive the tasks of the team assigned to the production line during the shift, to reach the KPI targets.
• Operate efficiently the production line following the process standards
• Execute the small changeovers and participate to the big ones
• Inform the Team Leader about technical issues and improvement ideas
• Performs minor maintenance.
• Communicate with Peers, Team Leader, and other departments.
• Education and Experience Required:
• High School and/or Technical Education
• High-speed, continual process manufacturing in a high-volume setting, fast pace and GMP knowledge a plus.
