Job Description

- Hourly compensation
- Weekly performance-based bonus
- Regular opportunities for overtime, paid at the corresponding overtime rate

- Holiday Pay for company recognized holidays
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge in Quality Procedures
- 1+ years of Food Manufacturing REQUIRED
- Packaging experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude for high speed packaging equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Quality oriented
- Ability to work well in a team environment and create a team work environment by communicating effectively between shift/department
- Ability to work: MONDAY - THURSDAY, 5 am - 3 pm OR 3 pm - 1 am

The Manufacturing Staff position processes, packages, and monitors production in compliance with OSHA, FDA, GMP and HACCP guidelines. This position also ensures only quality product are getting packaged, placed in cases properly and stacked on pallets correctly. Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.
