Job Description
- Req#: JP-005190046
- Will be working with HMI screens consistently to communicate, diagnose and run the machines.
- Will be trained on how to perform lockout/tagout procedure. The only time they will do a full LOTO is for sterilization of machine. This is performed once a week.
- They will not perform any actual maintenance or repair, but they need to be able to communicate to the tech (i e. this is now moving fast enough, this is getting stuck, this is bent, etc.) what the problem is. They may shut down a machine during this time as well.
- Will help clean and sterilize machinery once a week.
- Will be responsible for clearing out jams, could perform an e-stop to the machine to do this depending on the
- Could operate filler machine (may have to e-stop to unjam, fix something), jams in machines, will need to be able to do that.
- Discharge, pull cups and weigh cups. will teach on this.
- Wants them to gain a strong Understanding of a machine and how it works, watch how it runs, what happens when it does not run correctly.
- Upstairs area - brine and blending area (manual operation, mix ingredients) taking sunflower oil, blending hopper, add some ingredients and the system will tell you when to do certain things.
- Will be trained on quality points. Depending on which department and what machine, they will check seals, code dates, code color (should be blue) and visual checks on seals, box, sleeve and container.
- Load material for packaging including cups, film, boxes.
- Looking for someone that wants to eventually learn all the machines. Be a part of a team, learn, be attentive, very safety conscious, clean, and wants to work hard.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able and willing to stand for long periods of time (usually entire shift)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.18/hr.
