Job Description
- Req#: 52328
- Start-up and operation of machine from a completely shut down condition
- Set-up of new jobs
- Tuning of the machine for optimal performance, and periodic adjustments
- Perform basic troubleshooting of the machine in the event of a malfunction
- Completion of the process monitor and associated paperwork
- Verification of unit counts
- Maintenance of department logs
- Must be able to operate stock picker and pull orders when needed
- Other duties as assigned

Adhere to all safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines

Timely and regular attendance

Good math skills

Good mechanical aptitude

Good level of product knowledge to ensure the machine is producing the correct quality and quantity of parts

Ability to work independently

Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 45 pounds.

Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
