      Magnolia Trails Director Responsibilities include:

      • Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful and courteous manner.
      • Acts as a positive representative of community at all times.
      • Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on the resident preferences
      • Develop a monthly newsletter highlighting activities for families and prospects
      • Complies with Federal and State regulations relative to resident rights issues and quality of life issues.
      • Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual)
      • Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.

      Qualifications:

      • High school graduate
      • One year of Activity or Recreation Services experience preferred
      • Experience working with Memory Care Residents preferred
