      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support for diagnosing and resolving complex problems related to mainframe operations and applications
      - Monitor and maintain system stability and performance in a highly-complex mainframe environment
      - Conduct troubleshooting of mainframe application support issues to ensure minimal disruption to customer services
      - Create, delete, and modify application user accounts as per access requests
      - Provide status updates and activity reports on team operations and attend relevant meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess one of the following certifications: A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network +CE, SSCP
      - Clearance Required: Secret, IT-I
      - Experience with IBM and Unisys mainframe operations and applications
      - Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and ITSM ticketing software
      - Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to customers and government personnel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a mainframe operations support role
      - Familiarity with performance/workload monitoring tools
      - Understanding of Change Management processes within IT environments
      - Knowledge of application release installation procedures
      - Experience with customer support policies and service level agreements
