What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical direction and support for IBM Mainframe systems software and procedures
- Analyze, design, program, and implement complex tasks and projects related to IBM Mainframe
- Coordinate phases of larger projects and play a key role as an individual contributor
- Develop specifications and procedures for IBM Mainframe systems software and programs
- Interpret and analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 8 years of related experience or a High School Diploma combined with 10 years of experience
- 10 years of experience as an IBM Mainframe systems programmer
- Experience working in an IBM z/OS Sysplex environment
- Superior knowledge of IBM Mainframe systems software and applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience as a mainframe CICS systems programmer
- Familiarity with complex banking applications and programming needs
