What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day technical support to field technicians, guiding them through project requirements and troubleshooting as needed
- Assist technicians with complex tasks in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC/R, and roofing
- Offer expert advice on various work orders, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and accurately
- Help field technicians overcome any obstacles they encounter while working on their assignments
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the field team and internal departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and construction trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical, HVAC/R, Roofing)
- Must be able to perform independently with minimal guidance
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical tasks clearly
- Proficient with technology, including phone systems, laptops, and various support tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve challenges faced by field technicians
