Job Description

- Plan and schedule maintenance activities using our CMMS for equipment maintenance and calibrations.
- Attend production's planning meeting to ensure downtime for needed equipment.
- Run department metrics on a daily basis for job completion and YTD compliance.
- Prepare job kits, ensuring all parts are ordered, reserved and available.
- Identifies safety, quality and regulatory requirements for maintenance activities.
- Prioritizes work orders and maintenance requests based on risks, costs, resource availability and equipment accessibility.
- Estimates labor and material costs for management approval.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to determine priorities and manage multiple tasks successfully.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams to implement solutions.
- Diploma / GED with Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree , required
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with a major concentration in Engineering Technology or Industry Engineering is preferred.
- 5 years experience in maintenance planning preferred.
- 5 years using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) preferred.
- Background in engineering or industrial maintenance.
- Solid grasp of standard methodologies for maintenance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to develop and follow maintenance plans and schedules.
