      About the Role

      As a Maintenance & Renewals Jr Associate, you will join the specialized Main Check team within the Service Contracts area. This team plays a key role in supporting contract renewals by ensuring the accuracy of technical validations, pricing, and service information. You’ll be responsible for executing operational tasks that directly impact the renewal process, partner experience, and internal efficiency. You’ll collaborate with a small, supportive team to manage workload distribution, execute maintenance reviews, and ensure contract data is accurate and aligned with vendor requirements.

      What You’ll Do

      • Update and organize pricing files to ensure up-to-date and accurate pricing data.

      • Maintain a systematic approach to organizing and managing price files to facilitate ease of access and retrieval

      • Ensure agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and specific partner needs.

      • Perform technical validations of service contracts approaching renewal.

      • Conduct maintenance reviews (Main Checks) to verify the eligibility of contracts for renewal.

      • Check the current status of machine contracts and associated serial numbers.

      • Analyze hardware and software specifications to determine renewal criteria

      • Address basic partner inquiries regarding quotes, pricing, and renewals.

      • Work closely with vendor teams to understand their requirements and priorities.

      • Execute assigned tasks and projects while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

      • Collaborate closely with the vendor teams to understand their vision, priorities, and goals

      • Learn and stay informed about vendor-specific quoting policies and updates.

      • Generate timely and accurate partner quotes based on vendor guidelines.

      What We’re Looking For

      • Some previous experience in administrative, operational, or customer support roles.

      • High School diploma required.

      • Proficient in executing instructions and requesting clarification.

      • Basic data entry and mathematical skills.

      • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

      • Ability to adjust to change and adapt as needed.

      • Comfortable working under stress and pressure.

      • Strong multitasking abilities.

      • Quick learner with proficiency in technology.

      • Basic level computer skills.

      • May be required to work shifts based on business needs.

      Working Conditions

      • Working Model: Professional, remote environment

      • Schedule: should be available to work from 7 AM to 4 PM or from 8 AM to 5 PM (local time), with flexibility for other shifts depending on business needs.

      • Location: Open role in Guadalajara and surrounding areas.
