      Responsibilities

      Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Maintenance Contract Associate! In this position individuals are responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing maintenance, service, and license contracts for an assigned region or accounts. Individuals in this position work under moderate supervision. Duties include:

      • Preparation of maintenance renewal quotes and submission to customers within specified schedules
      • Administers and tracks contract renewals to ensure closure
      • Increases renewal sales for assigned region or accounts
      • Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and maintenance contracts
      • Educates customers on business practices and associated contractual implications
      • Ensures customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements
      • Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements
      • Maintains account team relationships and transfers leads as appropriate
      • Ensures compliance with all corporate policies and export requirements including performing Export Screening and processing Export Checklist
      • Maintains detailed and accurate records to show evidence of compliance to audit requirements associated with tasks
      • Works with experienced team members and various internal departments to resolve issues
      • Demonstrates basic knowledge in a variety of required tasks, processes, and procedures

      This position requires an individual who has demonstrated an ability to work independently, provide excellent customer service, maintain excellence in their daily work, and consistently follow established policies and procedures.

      Qualifications

      • Associate Degree preferred or 5 years of related administrative experience.
      • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Access.
      • Excellent Customer Service skills.
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
      • Accuracy in work product and attention to detail is mandatory.
      • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Salesforce a plus.
      • Preference will be given to candidates that are currently located in the North Alabama area.
