      Maintenance / Project Manager, St. Louis, MO
      This is a full-time, exempt level position.

      Position Summary:
      The Maintenance / Project Manager reports to the General Manager. This position is responsible for maintenance activities and projects within the ARTCo landside terminal operations. This position must coordinate all projects and maintenance activities between facilities and oversee facility PM programs, steam boiler operation, tank barge cleaning, landside tank farm and truck load and load out operations.

      Job Responsibilities:
      • Understand and comply with USCG and OSHA regulations.
      • Familiarity with tank barge operations and liquid facility handling requirements.
      • Must have the ability to manage a growing and diverse workforce.
      • Lead teams of repair crews, stevedore crews, barge cleaning crews.
      • Manage training requirements for each work group’s jobs being performed.
      • Enforce policies, procedures and guidelines in a consistent manner.
      • Hold and participate in meetings and ensure company information is communicated effectively.
      • Provide timely and effective feedback to crews to increase performance and accountability
      • Ensure incidents are investigated properly and equipment is maintained within the proper guidelines.
      • Schedule contractors and insure compliance with ADM contractor requirements.
      • Comply with environmental permits and maintain environmental records.
      • Project management for construction projects.
      • Keep location management apprized of project status, budget and timeline.
      • Implement Preventative Maintenance program track reliability of facility machinery
      Job Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s or Technical Associate’s degree is preferred with 5 or more years of experience in operations and or maintenance.
      • Previous management experience required.
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Strong sense of leadership with the ability to impact and influence others.
      • Proven ability to work within a team based work environment.
      • Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings.
      • Some Domestic Travel may be necessary
      • This position requires the ability to work in a variety of conditions such as an office environment, indoors/outdoors, hot/cold weather as well as physical demands such as standing, kneeling, and sitting for prolonged periods of time, climbing stairs/ladders and the ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions.
