      Job Summary

      Do you have expertise in manufacturing maintenance and injection molding equipment? Are you looking to take your career to the next level? Jabil has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Atlanta, GA! In this role, you will manage and direct the maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities to ensure sufficient maintenance upkeep, reliability, performance, and safety. You will lead/mentor a team of 3 technicians over 3 shifts while developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs for equipment.

      • Day shift hours but on-call as needed for later shifts
      • Open to candidates willing to relocate to Atlanta GA
      • Salary Range: 95K+ DOE
      • Sign on bonus up to $5000 DOE

      Essential Duties And Responsibilities

      • Hands-on Supervisor providing technical expertise in Hydraulic, Pneumatic, high voltage Electrical, and mechanical repairs.
      • Develops plans and procedures to provide the organization with optimum service relative to the maintenance/repair of facility, machinery, and equipment.
      • Oversees and continuously improves the Preventive Maintenance system.
      • Oversees, guides, instructs, and assists Maintenance Technicians with the maintenance/repair of facility, machinery, or equipment.
      • Upskill and guide non-Maintenance technical personnel in autonomous maintenance tasks.
      • Coordinates with Vendors/Contractors for the provision of equipment, spares, and services.
      • Develops and implements budgets, procurement plans, and procedures for maintaining spare parts inventory.
      • Coordinates and manages outside contractors for electrical, mechanical, and facility installations/repairs.
      • Participates in the design and development of safety standards and programs.
      • Participates in safety audits as necessary and ensures that all safety guidelines and standards for equipment are met.
      • May perform other duties and responsibilities related to the Maintenance Dept.

      Job Qualifications

      • Solid knowledge of and experience with maintenance/troubleshooting/repair of injection molding/extrusion or similar equipment.
      • Solid experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems in heavy industrial equipment.
      • Good troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
      • Solid knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory safety laws.
      • Proficiency in the use of personal computers, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word) and e-mail skills.

      Education & Experience Requirements

      • High School or equivalent.
      • 5-10 years of previous maintenance experience working in an automated manufacturing environment.
      • Injection Molding or Blow Molding equipment repair experience is a must.
      • Previous experience as a lead preferred.
      • Ability to be Team-oriented and hands-on.
      • Previous experience managing costs and schedules for equipment maintenance, equipment installation, equipment overhauls, and facility upgrades, or a combination of education, experience, and/or training.

      The pay range for this role is $77,523 - $139,541. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
