ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Perform an inspection of community grounds each morning.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Perform turn (painting, cleaning, maintenance of all vacant units.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Complete all maintenance request in a timely manner.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Prepare all vacant units for occupancy.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Complete preventative maintenance activities.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Maintain landscaping, bushes, trees and lawn.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Perform snow removal of community sidewalks.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Maintain log of weather and snow removal efforts.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Maintain records of maintenance performed in all units and at the site.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Maintain all KPG u2019s tools, equipment and replacement parts in working condition.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Provide and maintain own set of personal tools.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Sweep, clean and maintain all common areas of the community.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Supervise contractors working at the site.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Maintain resident and specific apartment preventative maintenance records.
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Provide service and maintenance for all common amenities.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 1 year of experience
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 HVAC/EPA certification preferred
