Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance functions for our facility. You will be responsible for performing a variety of facilities maintenance tasks and groundskeeping, working under the guidance of a maintenance supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform facilities maintenance tasks including HVAC maintenance and repair, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical fixes on equipment.
• Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure the exterior of the facility is well-maintained.
• Assist in maintenance carpentry and vehicle maintenance as required.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical skills with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and facilities maintenance.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform mechanical repairs on equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC maintenance and electrical repairs.
• Knowledge of groundskeeping and maintenance carpentry.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
