- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including HVAC maintenance and repair, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical fixes on equipment.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure the exterior of the facility is well-maintained.
- Assist in maintenance carpentry and vehicle maintenance as required.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
- Mechanical skills with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and facilities maintenance.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform mechanical repairs on equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with HVAC maintenance and electrical repairs.
- Knowledge of groundskeeping and maintenance carpentry.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
