What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively pursue and generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking to meet sales quotas
- Develop and implement market strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen customer relationships
- Continuously enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training and development
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to support solution sales and negotiate contracts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer challenges with tailored solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4-7 years of outside sales experience with a proven history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment
- 2-4 years of experience in solutions/applications selling
- Proven ability to deliver superior customer service and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and oral abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of telecommunications or technical sales experience
- Experience with solution selling of various products, including cloud and IoT
- Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships
- Experience in preparing and delivering product/service proposals and pricing quotations
