What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and clients regarding benefits inquiries
- Assist clients with troubleshooting configuration issues and answering product-related questions
- Manage employee enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring accuracy with carrier feeds
- Act as a liaison between clients and benefits service teams for various benefit plans
- Oversee client benefit renewal projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or 2-4 years of benefits experience and/or training
- Experience in a software environment, preferably SaaS
- Subject Matter Expertise in Benefits Administration and the Affordable Care Act
- Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work overtime during peak periods
