      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze current and future payor contract terms to assist in negotiations, including maintaining performance data on key indicators
      - Model scenario-based impacts by product to inform commercial payor strategy
      - Act as a liaison with joint venture partners for rate trend forecasting and reporting
      - Monitor and research changes in government healthcare reimbursement and commercial payor policies
      - Prepare and coordinate managed care meetings with health system partners for accurate data presentations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS or BA degree in a related field
      - Completed coursework in statistics or demonstrated knowledge of statistical presentation/interpretation of data
      - At least 1 year of work experience in healthcare finance, economics, or managed care
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      - Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (SAS, R, SPSS, etc.)
      - Familiarity with healthcare industry code systems (ICD, CPT, NDC, etc.)
      - Creative thinking and self-starter mentality
      - Excellent analytical skills and ability to distill complex information
