What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate contracts with managed care companies and health plans
- Provide advanced analytics to support the financial performance of contracts
- Maintain and manage contract records and provide timely updates to staff
- Prepare pre-negotiation analyses and develop negotiation strategies
- Assist in creating modeling templates for the Managed Care Operations Team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or health care administration preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of overall work experience, with at least 2 years of analytic work experience in the healthcare industry
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and payer credentialing
- Proficiency in financial impact analysis and advanced Excel functions
- Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare programs and payor contract language

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in contract modeling and analysis within the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with EMR and Practice Management Systems for data querying
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
