What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document managed care contract requirements and changes for internal departments
- Ensure accurate information is provided to payors regarding AdventHealth providers
- Collaborate with payors to understand new insurance products and prepare internal teams accordingly
- Maintain credentialing files and ensure compliance with payor requirements
- Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts between staff, payors, and physicians

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree and three to five years of managed care or position-related experience
- General knowledge of healthcare, hospital, and provider operations
- High degree of understanding of managed care payers and contracting requirements
- Ability to manage priorities and address problems promptly
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of five years of position-related experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare, hospital/provider operations, and managed care payer operations
