      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a consultant to management on tracking performance measurements related to energy and climate policies
      - Collaborate with state agency partners to collect data supporting reporting requirements for the SEEP Office
      - Develop and implement processes for timely and accurate data collection
      - Create data visualizations and reports to support communications and program planning
      - Identify problems and recommend process improvements to align with strategic goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, or a related field
      - Three years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations
      - Experience writing and editing technical documents
      - Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and HTML
      - Experience with statistical analysis, performance assessment, and outcome measurement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing the analysis of legislative activities and coordinating technical reports
      - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
      - Knowledge of energy and climate program laws, regulations, and policies
      - Experience collaborating with marginalized communities and centering equity in program design
      - Knowledge of energy and GHG metrics
