      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct IT policy research and review, evaluating organizational policy structures and management systems
      - Develop studies, prepare reports, and suggest policy changes to IT leaders
      - Analyze data collection tools and management reporting systems
      - Write and create action plans to improve policy content and compliance
      - Engage with teams for detailed policy reviews and present findings clearly and professionally

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Eight (8) years of experience analyzing, evaluating, and developing improvements to organizational and managerial systems
      - Knowledge of public administration principles and practices
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
      - Ability to analyze and interpret state and federal laws, rules, and regulations
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing IT policies and procedures in a governmental or public sector context
      - Familiarity with emotional intelligence principles and practices
      - Background in data analysis and research methodologies
      - Understanding of information management systems
