What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee purchasing and requisition processes, ensuring compliance with established standards
- Gather and organize information on departmental issues to enhance communication and efficiency
- Execute procurement tasks for Central Office and maintain accurate documentation
- Analyze data and recommend modifications to improve organizational systems and processes
- Conduct training and operational reviews to ensure effective implementation of new systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience in analyzing and improving organizational systems
- Knowledge of public administration principles and financial procedures
- Ability to analyze and interpret laws, rules, and regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in data collection and interpretation methods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in human resources programs and services
- Familiarity with information management systems
- Background in workflow and personnel management
- Knowledge of methods for work simplification and records control
- Experience developing recommendations for organizational changes
